No, You Are Not the Main Character in Your Life

Do you overthink and replay conversations over and over and worry about what others think if you? It's natural to care about what others think of us, but it can become a problem when it starts to affect our mental and emotional well-being. I observe this more often than not in various leadership as well as health coaching conversations with women who overthink and worry about what others think. There are extremes of this and it looks different for different people. Some will privately ruminate while some will overcompensate with self-promotion and speaking about themselves in the third person.
